These plates are solid rubber constrction with phospher bronze sleeve inserts. All are olympic specification diameter.

The plates have been successfully and extensively tested by a BWLA certified weightlifting and powerlifting Coach at two weightlifting clubs who have found them to be commensurate in quality to Olympic Competition plates such as Eleiko and Ivanko and far superior to other, more expensive, rival plates on the market.
